Ken Fleming

Ken Fleming brings decades of leadership experience across business, community service, and ministry to his role as Executive Director. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Ken has held senior positions in banking, employee benefits, and aerial surveying, where he led successful turnarounds and strategic growth initiatives. His career reflects a deep commitment to collaboration, innovation, and service.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ken has served on numerous boards including Habitat for Humanity, Metro United Way, and the Kentucky Shakespeare Festival. His passion for building relationships and strengthening communities continues to guide his leadership at Kentucky Race Track Chaplaincy.
